- 1/4 cup melted butter
- scant 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Mix together melted butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in coconut flakes, coconut flour, salt and chocolate chips. Let batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Form into small balls and place cookies 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 14-15 minutes. Makes 8 cookies.
