Egg-free Oat Waffles

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

In a food processor, grind the oat flakes until coarse.  Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Spoon into a well oiled, hot waffle iron.  Repeat until batter is gone, oiling between each waffle.  Makes 3-4 waffles.
