Meatballs

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients.  Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and set on cooling rack over a cookie sheet.  Bake 20 minutes or until done.

Makes 25 meatballs.
